Operating manual:

Step 1: Check that the power source is suitable for the line (Single-phase - 220V power source);

Step 2: Make sure to have enough workwear (hat, shirt, pants, shoes, .,);

Step 3: Install the tape roll for the carton sealing machine , make sure the tape is installed in the correct direction;

Step 4: Adjust the size of the 2 gluing machines (top and bottom of the line) to match the carton size;

Step 5: Check the Angle Roller Conveyor;

Step 6: Place the carton box to be glued on the rollers in front of the gluing machine 1 (the top of the chain);

Step 7: The process of gluing the crate:

• Cartons containing goods will be moved by workers on the conveyor belt to the top and bottom double sided carton sealing machine (the machine is responsible for gluing the 2 middle lines of the 2 sides to keep the carton sealed).
• The barrel is then moved through a rotating conveyor. Here, the conveyor is specially designed to help the barrel rotate 90 degrees along with the guide mechanisms to help the box move to the correct position of the carton sealing machine with 2 parallel tapes on both the top and bottom.
• At the end of the process, the machine glues 2 parallel lines at the same time on the top and bottom sides to make the box stronger.
