INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE CONTROL PANEL:
POWER : Power switch. Turn on the switch the red light will light up and you can operate the machine. Turn off the switch, cut off the power, the machine will stop running.
TENSION : Knob to adjust tension. Turn the tightening torque knob accordingly. When the tightening force is small, the belt retraction speed is slow and when the tightening force is high, the belt retraction speed is faster. (Attention: When the tightening force is large, due to the fast belt retraction speed, please pay attention to the operation to avoid damage to the PP belt)
COOL TIME : Cooling time adjustment knob (cutting wire)
LENGTHADDITION : Knob to adjust belt length. Turn the knob to automatically lengthen the length of the PP strap after each previous strapping cycle
MANUAL : Manual start button, you can start the LS4 switch manually.
FEED/HOME : Manual belt feed button, also pressing this button when removing belt can also return to home position
